Greenedeck Bangalore Gardening Services (Indoor, Outdoor Landscape & Terrace Gardens)

1. Services:

This agreement outlines the terms for gardening services offered by Greenedeck in Bengaluru, India. We specialize in creating and maintaining beautiful indoor, outdoor landscape, and terrace gardens for residential properties.

2.  Service Scope and Pricing:

Our services encompass, but are not limited to:

• Landscape Design & Installation: We provide expert consultation, design, and installation services for gardens of all sizes. Pricing for this service is based on the project's complexity and size. During the initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work and associated costs. Please note: Removal of debris and post-installation cleaning of the gardening area is not included in the base price. We can provide this service for an additional fee to be discussed during the consultation.
• Indoor & Terrace Garden Services: We specialize in creating and maintaining vibrant indoor and terrace gardens. We offer various service packages tailored to your specific needs and budget. These packages will include plant selection, potting, and ongoing care at a pre-determined price. Similar to landscape services, post-service cleaning of the workspace is not included. We can add this service upon request for an additional labor charge.
• Garden Maintenance & Care: Our team offers regular maintenance services for existing gardens. We offer flexible schedules and pricing options to suit your needs. We can discuss these options during the initial consultation. Our maintenance services focus primarily on plant care and do not include general cleaning of the gardening area. However, we can provide this service for an additional fee.
• Additional services:  Cleaning the gardening area is a separate service with its associated cost structure (e.g., hourly rate or flat fee). You can enquire with us if you want to avail the service. The charges may vary on case to case basis. 

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Access to the designated gardening area during service times.
• A suitable water source for plant care.
• Disclosure of any sunlight restrictions in the designated space.
• Following post-installation care instructions provided by Greenedeck. This includes proper watering schedules, light requirements, and any specific needs of the chosen plants.

4. Plant Health and Client Care:

While Greenedeck strives to select healthy plants and uses high-quality materials during installation, plant health can be affected by various factors beyond our control after installation. These factors include, but are not limited to:

• Overwatering or under watering: Improper watering habits can significantly impact plant health.
• Lack of or excessive sunlight: Plants have specific light requirements. Insufficient or too much sun exposure can damage them.
• Other environmental factors: Temperature, humidity, and even pests can play a role in plant health.

5. Client Responsibility for Post-Installation Plant Care:

The client acknowledges that following proper post-installation care instructions is crucial for maintaining plant health. Greenedeck will provide detailed care instructions for each plant at the time of installation.

6. Greenedeck's Responsibility:

Greenedeck guarantees the quality of our plants and installation services. However, Greenedeck cannot be held responsible for plant health issues arising after installation due to factors beyond our control, as outlined in Section 4.

7. Seeking Help After Installation:

We encourage clients to contact Greenedeck with any questions or concerns about their plants after installation. Our team is happy to offer advice and troubleshooting assistance to help you maintain a healthy garden.

8. Payment:

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience (mention specific methods accepted, e.g., cash, online payment). 50% payment is required before project commencement for design and 100% payment is required for installation services.  For ongoing maintenance services, we offer flexible payment options that can be discussed during the consultation.

9. Compost and Manure Disclosure:

The client acknowledges that compost and manure added to potting mixes undergo a natural decomposition process by microbes. This process can take several weeks to months, and while the visible signs of manure may diminish over time, the decomposition continues, providing long-term benefits to the plants. The client agrees that  the decomposition process is a natural part of using organic potting materials and is not indicative of any fault or issue with the gardening service provided.

10. Property Damage Liability:

• Client Responsibilities:  The client agrees to designate a safe and clear workspace for Greenedeck's gardening services. This workspace should be free of fragile or valuable items. Greenedeck is not responsible for any damage to fragile or valuable items left within the designated workspace.
• Indoor Gardening Work: Please be aware that all indoor gardening work, including plant selection, potting, and initial plant placement, will be conducted outdoors on a balcony or terrace, whenever such a provision is available on the property. This is to minimize the risk of potential mess or damage inside your living space. Greenedeck is not liable for any damage that may occur during this process outside the designated workspace.
• In the event of such an incident, we will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure a fair and timely resolution.

11. Quote Validity:

Quotes provided by Greenedeck are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. If you wish to proceed with the services after this period, a revised quote may be necessary.

12. Termination:

This agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

13. Governing Law:

This agreement is subject to the laws of India and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bengaluru.

Greenedeck Plant Rental Terms and Conditions - Bangalore

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of plants and related services offered by Greenedeck ("Greenedeck", "we", "us", or "our") to you ("Customer", "you", or "your") in Bangalore, India. By placing an order for plant rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Greenedeck offers a variety of plant rental services, including:

* Selection and delivery of healthy, high-quality plants

* Installation of plants in appropriate containers

* Regular maintenance visits for watering, fertilizing, and pest control (optional)

* Plant rotation (optional)

* Pick-up of plants at the end of the rental period

3. Rental Period & Pricing

* We offer flexible rental periods, with minimum durations typically ranging from 1 month to 1 year. 

* Pricing will be based on the type and size of plants, the rental duration, and any additional services included (e.g., maintenance).

* A detailed quote will be provided before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery & Pick-Up

* Delivery and pick-up fees will apply and will be included in the quote. 

* We offer delivery within Bangalore city limits.  

* Specific delivery windows will be arranged based on your needs and our schedule.

* You are responsible for providing clear access to the designated location for plant placement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

* You are responsible for providing a suitable environment for the rented plants, including adequate light, temperature, and humidity.

* We will provide detailed care instructions for each plant. 

* You are responsible for following these instructions and notifying Greenedeck of any concerns about plant health.

* You are not permitted to alter, decorate, or damage the rented plants or containers in any way.

6. Plant Care & Maintenance

* We offer optional routine maintenance visits to ensure the health of your rented plants. 

* The frequency of these visits will depend on the specific plant types and your chosen plan.

* If you choose not to include maintenance services, you are solely responsible for the care and well-being of the rented plants.

7. Payment

* *Prepayment:* The rental amount for the current month must be paid by the 5th of each month. 

* *Late Payment:* If the payment is not received by the 5th, we reserve the right to discontinue service and pick up the plants and pots by the 7th of the month. 

8. Damage & Loss

* You are responsible for any damage to the rented plants or containers beyond normal wear and tear.

* In case of damaged or lost plants, you will be charged a replacement fee based on the current retail value of the plant.

9. Termination

* This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

* In case of early termination by the Customer, a prorated portion of the remaining rental fees may be due.

* We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in case of breach of these Terms by the Customer, including late payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

* Greenedeck's liability under this Agreement is limited to the total cost of the rental service.

* We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the rental of plants.

11. Dispute Resolution

* Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be settled through mutual negotiation.

* If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration  in Bangalore, India.

12. Governing Law

* This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Entire Agreement

* These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Greenedeck regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

14. Amendment

* We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website.

* Your continued use of our services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
